Cute but run a bit small

I'm between small and medium most of the time but most Yeoreo leggings have been fairly stretchy so I sized down to small. These leggings are a bit tighter. I still fit in them and they're comfortable but they flatten the glutes and don't feel comfortable enough to wear all day, more like 2-3 hours of working out. I plan on giving these to a friend and ordering size medium because they're extremely cute.
