These shorts are perfect for lifting! I love the baby pink color, and the scrunch is so flattering that I keep wearing these on leg day! The end of the shorts tends to roll up a bit, but it isnt uncomfortable. I got 2 of these shorts in a size Medium and one in a size Large for a less compressing waistband. You may have to size up, especially if youre in between sizes. Definitely get these!!
